Today was rainy and dreary, fit my mood rather well actually. :-)
Went to Lowes with Mom after her interview. Started dinner after we got back: scalloped potatoes(one of my favorites), fresh bread, ham, and corn. The potatoes turned out better than I thought they would, so that's good. I've also learned that when making bread if you put parchment paper under the dough when you put in on the pizza peel to rise you can just lift it up and put it on the stone instead of trying to slide it (mine would always get stuck along the way). You still have to put cornmeal on it and with like ten minutes left you take the parchment paper out so the bottom will get done.
Anyway, enough rambling. My mind is mush tonight, had to google how to spell dough (pretty pitiful huh). :-)
