I made my first red velvet cake and it was from scratch. I also made my first cream cheese frosting that you can decorate with. I guess I should have taken a picture of it. I didn't have a piece but everybody said it was good. I made it because it was Isaac's last Wednesday before leaving for college. It's very sad, we're all going to miss him.
